About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Support Officer to join our team at our Strathalbyn site. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day coordination of logistics, warehousing, and administration activities. You will work closely with our production, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure the smooth movement of raw materials and finished goods. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily logistics activities, including inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods Preparing and processing distribution orders, delivery documentation, and customer paperwork Managing pallet control systems and ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation Scheduling and coordinating truck loading, deliveries, and third-party transport Supporting inventory control and reporting (stock, production, and performance metrics) Liaising with warehouse staff, drivers, and internal teams to ensure efficient operations Assisting with quality and compliance requirements, including documentation and audit support Providing general administrative support to the site, including ordering consumables and maintaining records Supporting site visitors, contractors, and auditors as required This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balance of administration and hands-on operational support within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About You The successful candidate will ideally demonstrate: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams A proactive, reliable, and team-focused approach Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel and Word) Experience with inventory, logistics, or warehouse systems (preferred but not essential) Understanding of transport/logistics processes is advantageous Essential requirements: Current forklift licence or willingness to complete required training Current driver’s licence Desirable: HR truck licence Experience in food manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing environments Why Join Laucke?
